RGL Editorial & AI Integrity Standard

Trust is something we practice.

We want every reader to know who created our information, what supports it, where its limits are, and when it was last reviewed.

Effective September 7, 2026 • Review scheduled at least annually

Our promise to readers

Clear enough to use. Honest enough to question.

RGL content is designed to educate and encourage—not to impress readers with certainty we do not have.

01

Humans remain responsible

A named human author chooses the topic, evaluates the information, and approves the final publication.

02

Evidence is visible

Health and nursing claims include appropriate sources, publication dates, review dates, and clear limits.

03

Uncertainty is named

We distinguish established facts, reasonable interpretations, personal reflections, and questions that remain unsettled.

04

Corrections are welcomed

If we find a meaningful error, we correct it promptly and explain what changed when the correction affects understanding.

How every article is prepared

A simple review path readers can see.

  1. Purpose first. We define whether the content is education, reflection, encouragement, or general information.
  2. Source carefully.Clinical topics prioritize current government guidance, professional standards, peer-reviewed research, and authoritative textbooks.
  3. Check the claim. We ask: What supports this? Does the source apply to this audience? What are the limits or competing explanations?
  4. Review as a human.AI may help organize or clarify language, but a human author verifies the final meaning, sources, and safety.
  5. Show the record.Relevant articles identify the author, credentials, publication date, review date, sources, AI involvement, and educational scope.

Our evidence levels

Different content needs different proof.

Reflection & encouragement

Clearly presented as perspective—not clinical fact or a promise of results.

General education

Supported by current, authoritative references when factual or health-related claims are made.

Nursing & clinical education

Human-reviewed, appropriately cited, dated, and limited to general education rather than patient-specific direction.

High-stakes topics

Medical, mental-health, financial, and legal content uses specialist sources and directs readers to qualified professionals.

Maya’s responsible role

An AI character—not a real person or clinician.

Maya is a fictional, AI-generated brand character who symbolizes the experience of an aspiring nursing learner.

She is not an employee, clinician, student, or person. She may appear in encouragement and educational storytelling, but she does not diagnose, prescribe, provide patient-specific advice, claim lived or clinical experience, independently author content, or review information.

AI assists. Humans think. Humans verify. Humans decide.

What readers will always see

  • Clear language identifying Maya as fictional and AI-generated
  • No invented credentials or personal experiences
  • A named human owner accountable for educational material
  • Disclosure of commercial relationships when relevant
  • A reminder to verify important decisions with qualified people

Scope and safety

Supportive education has boundaries.

Society’s Solutions Services provides general education, encouragement, and non-clinical guidance. AI-generated or AI-assisted material is never presented as individualized professional advice.

Not individualized professional advice

Website content does not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, prescribing, or individualized medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, or other professional advice. It does not create a professional–patient or other professional relationship.

Not academic authority

Our materials supplement—not replace—your instructor, school policies, assigned texts, clinical supervision, licensing requirements, or independent study.

Not monitored for emergencies

Do not use this website, email, or social media for urgent help. In the United States, call 911 for immediate danger or call or text 988 for a mental-health crisis.

Corrections, privacy & transparency

If something is unclear, we want to know.

Readers may report a possible error by emailing Societyssolutions@gmail.com or through our Contact page. We review concerns in good faith, update material when warranted, and add a correction note when a change materially affects the meaning.

This website currently does not ask visitors to submit medical information. Please do not send personal health details through email or social media. External platforms have their own privacy practices.

Standards that inform our approach

Sources are selected for relevance and authority; inclusion does not imply endorsement of RGL.
