Privacy Policy

A plain-language explanation of what information this website may receive and how we approach privacy.

Effective and last updated September 7, 2026

1. Information you choose to share

This website currently has no account registration, checkout, newsletter signup, or contact form. If you contact Society’s Solutions Services through a linked social-media account, the information you share is handled through that platform and its privacy practices. Share only what is necessary for a general inquiry.

2. Technical information

Our website host and other service providers may automatically receive standard technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the site, such as an IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently add advertising trackers or a separate analytics tool in the website code.

3. How information may be used

Information may be used to provide and secure the website, respond to a general inquiry, investigate misuse, comply with law, or improve our public information. Society’s Solutions Services does not knowingly sell personal information.

4. Health and sensitive information

This website and our social-media accounts are not a secure clinical portal and are not intended to receive protected health information. A general website privacy policy is not the same as a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. Please contact an appropriate healthcare provider through its approved communication channel for care-related matters.

5. Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has shared information should contact us so the concern can be reviewed.

6. External links and service providers

The site links to external resources and social-media services. Their privacy, cookie, security, and retention practices are controlled by those organizations. Review their policies before sharing information.

7. Retention and security

We aim to collect only what is reasonably needed, limit access, and avoid retaining information longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was received or as required by law. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Your choices and future changes

You may choose not to contact us through external platforms. If this site later adds forms, analytics, accounts, payments, or email subscriptions, this policy should be updated before those features are used. Material changes will be reflected by a new “last updated” date.

9. Contact

For a privacy question, email Societyssolutions@gmail.com or use our Contact page. Do not include sensitive details.
